After talking with 2,000+'s the 2 biggest business problems that most coaches have

Today I'm going to be going over the top two most common problems I see with coaches that have a business.

Now, this is not for you if you don't have a business yet but I do know some coaches may find this informative and they may start thinking about starting a business in the near future.

In my consulting program I've already spoken with thousands of of guys and girls who have run into these two problems that I am about to share with you.

Problem #1 - Price

Most coaches I've talked to undervalue themselves so this means they charge a very small amount for a service that they could be charging more for and they compare their pricing to everybody else in their area.

When you try and undercut your competitors by offering cheaper pricing you will attract cheaper clients. These clients will pay you less and take you less seriously which means you'll probably run into a lot of problems with them in the long...

"My client rolled his ankle at my session & now his parents are suing me!"

Today's question is very serious and I have seen this question way more than you think.

Here is the question:

"Hey Ben,

My client rolled their ankle at my session which I thought was no big deal but now a week later their parent are coming after me to pay for the medical bills. I don't know what to do now?"

I have seen so many coaches and trainers who start a training business and they don't have insurance to cover for any situations like this one.

If one of your clients gets injured at your sessions then yes they will go after you and they should go after you if you aren't properly insured.

If I had a kid and he rolled his ankle at your session then I would do exactly the same as this parent is doing with this coach. I would chase the coach to cover for my childs medical bills.

I've consulted with many coaches who treat their training businesses like a hobby and then later down the road they come into a bigger problem just like this coach here. Most coaches...

Running a business is NOT easy (watch if you are a new biz owner)

If you're thinking about starting a sports training business I want you to read this very very carefully.

Everyday I get asked questions by coaches in all sports about how to start a training business specifically within their own sport.

Most coaches want to have freedom and more flexibility within their own schedule and are currently looking to quit their current job and do this full time.

When I first started my business I was also working a 9 to 5 job working for someone, and like many people I hated it!

I hated doing it so much that this drove me to go full time with my own training business and I want to be completely upfront with you... It was hard!

It still is very hard even to this day with so many years of experience.

If you're in a position where you want to start your own business I want to let you know that NO ONE is going to give you the green light to start your business. Many coaches will send me messages saying asking me when...

"These H.S. kids dropped some F bombs at me during a session! How to handle it?"

Today I got a message from a coach who is having problems with a few of the kids he trains in his private sports training business.

This coach has been working with these high school kids for around three weeks now and he said that at the last session a couple of the kids he trains started cursing at him when he would try to give them instructions.

I want to share with you some tips that can help you if you are a coach or trainer and have similar types of clients in your program.

#1: Your business is a reflection of you

When you bring on new clients into your business you must set the standards first thing with them when they join you so they know what the rules and expectations are.

I was very soft with kids when I first started my business and that ultimately led to my clients doing whatever they wanted during my sessions.

You have to remember that when a new client joins your program they need to get a sense of feeling that this is a serious...

Distractions are KILLING ME during the day, what are some tips? Here's 3.

I got a really good question today and this is something that's been asked multiple times and I want to take the time here to answer it.

A coach from Cincinnati who is a Football trainer messaged me and said:

"Hey Ben,

How do you stay so focused during the day to get things done. I feel like i start something and then I get quickly distracted. I feel like I don't have a lot of discipline and self-control throughout my day.

What can I do?"

When I consult with coaches and trainers on their time management I feel that most of them aren't decisive enough with how they spend their time during the day.

I want to share with you three things I feel that have really helped me and I know that if someone else does them it's really going to help them.

#1 - You need to have a clear separation between your cell phone and your business:

There's a couple of things I want you to download that I feel will really help you. the first one is...
